Grocery delivery services are split into 3 areas-

  • 1-2 Hour Express delivery service
  • Local delivery service
  • Postal delivery service

 

1-2 Hour Express delivery service:

1-2 hour delivery service is available from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm Monday- Sunday. This service is available to the following postcode area-

EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, E2, E3, E14

N1, N5, N7, NW1, NW3, NW5, NW10

SE1, SE4, SE5, SE8, SE10, SE11, SE15, SE16, SE17, SE19, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE26, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW17, SW19, SW10

WC1, WC2, W1B, W1C, W1D, W1F, W1G, W1H, W1J, W1K, W1M, W1S, W1T, W1U, W1W, W3, W4, W5, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14

Product exclusion: Rice, Oil and Whole Lamb/Mutton are not available on Express delivery

 

Local Delivery Service:

Local delivery options offer flexible delivery choices, you can select your preferred date and time slots (subject to availability). Local delivery service only available to inner London postcode area ( E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC ).

 

Postal Delivery service:

Postal delivery services are available to outside London areas (Express and Local Delivery area).

Product exclusion: Rice, Oil and Whole Lamb/Mutton are not available on Express delivery

In a very rare occasion delivery may delay due to special circumstance (adverse weather, an issue with our delivery partner etc) so is advisable to always allow an extra 24 hours if you are ordering for any special event.

Your delivery will arrive in an insulated box, meat and frozen products will be packed separately containing ice packs which are safe for up to 72 hours in an unopened consignment. It is important that all products should be refrigerated immediately after you open your package.

 

Our logistics partner is Royal Mail Parcelforce who will notify you about your estimated delivery information via SMS/e-mail. You will also have the option to track/communicate with Parcelforce

 

It is important that customers take personal responsibility to attend the delivery when it arrives at the delivery address. If the delivery attempt was failed due to nobody being present at the address, the responsibility for the loss of goods (perishable items) lies with the customer, in this circumstance Grocerify will not accept any liability. Customer might be charged an additional fee to re-arrange the delivery.

 

Delivery charges:

 

Local Delivery: Free delivery on orders above £40 (excluding Rice and Oil). Order below £70 will be charged a £7.99 delivery fee.

Express delivery: Free delivery on orders above £70. Order below £70 will be charged a £7.99 delivery fee.

Postal Delivery: Free delivery on orders above £70. Order below £70 will be charged a £9.99 delivery fee.
